Sorry but somehow my ad got deleted so here we go again. What you are looking to buy is the 2014 Keystone Cougar 327 RES. This Keystone Cougar feature 3 slide outs each with its own awning. Plus one big awning for shade. This has always been a smoke free pet free RV it has never been in a accident or had any water damage. Kitchen has stove , oven, microwave, fridge/freezer. Kitchen table only shows two chairs but I have all four put two in basement never used they only take up unnecessary space. RV is 36 plus foot long. Living room furniture is in great shape with no rips or tears it is a chocolate brown color and is leather/vinyl type covering the two chairs are rocker swivel recliner type. Bed has a two year old queen size house mattress. RV has only been used 3 times once in Florida for 2 months then once in Yuma by my self for 3 months and then last year in Yuma for 4 1/2 months. RV has been pulled about 11,000 miles or less On the way out last year I had a flat and put on two new Goodyear Endurance ST 235/80R16 tires load range E I just had the other two put on today there was really nothing wrong with three of them other than age . I want to fell safe when running at speeds of 70 plus Everything on this Rv works like it should. All the personal items Shown in the pictures will be removed If sold. RV has a polar package on it the first year in Arizona had a few below freezing nights with no problems NOW my 3500 GMC truck can be bought but it is extra and NOT included in the 28,500 It is a four door diesel crew cab four wheel drive. It has 25,750 miles on it as I write this ad it is still under warranty the balance of 7 years 70,000 miles. As you can see it has a slider hitch.
