2014 Jayco X23B in excellent condition, very light use. Purchased it new in 2015, only used a few times a year by my wife and I. Meticulously maintained, waxed 3 times per year, roof sealed every year, cleaned top to bottom at least every couple of months. Was stored under a carport until last summer. No issues, everything works as it should and is ready to camp. Includes all the good stuff: TV, dvd, gas furnace, A/C, stove, microwave, gas or electric water heater, gas or electric fridge, power package (power jack, slide, awning). Folded up the camper will easily sleep 2 adults and 2 kids, and folded out the camper will sleep 6 adults and 2 kids easily. Great camper. For sale locally and title in hand free and clear. I just lowered the cost $500, so a great deal for someone at 15k.
