This motorhome has rear master bedroom, Outside entertainment, Leveling jacks, Built in Onan 5,500 gas generator with only 93 hours on it, awning, recliners, dinette. Motorhome has Electric awning with LED, Side and rear cameras and much more. The motorhome has Florida Rebuildable Title due to front upper left fire damage. Please see pictures of the damage before repair at the very end. Motorhome was parked next to a house or a tree that was on fire, RV was not cause of the fire and was not directly on fire. No smoke or fire damage inside. Windshield, side window and front left slide-out topper fabric was replaced, Roof and upper side was repaired and painted. We drove it from Florida to California, Motorhome runs and drives, everything does work and it is located in Rocklin California 95677. Motorhome is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered and cannot be financed. All California Buyer must pay 7.25% sales tax.
