With the A/C located on theside of the unit instead of the top (rare), its short enough in length, widthand height to fit in most garages and carports. With a 110 outlet, this trailercan be fully powered with a standard wall plug. With the front tongue wheelattached, this tailer can be pushed into tight places by one person. All major systems are stock and are 100% operational: A/C, refrigerator,propane space heater, propane stove top, microwave, propane water heater, greyand black water tanks. Tires are 6 months old with less than 1,000 miles, andincludes a spare tire. Clean title, one owner, and has always been stored undercover, meaning that the roof is in excellent shape.
