Has a 5,000-pound towing capacity and climbs hills with ease. 27 feet long with a 10-foot slide-out and 19-foot electric awning. Sleeps four and entertains with a 32-inch TV. Automatic leveling system makes setup a snap. 4 kW Cummins generator provides power when you"re off the grid. Goodyear tires (G670 RV) still have plenty of tread. Comfort and convenience features for the driver include: leather bucket seat with folding arm rests, cruise control, rearview camera, and power/heated mirrors. Kitchen features include: refrigerator/freezer, three-burner stovetop with vented/lighted hood, convection oven, microwave, and a table with bench seats for 4 (with storage underneath). Bedroom has a Queen bed (with storage underneath), cable connection for TV, closet space on both sides of bed, and overhead storage. Capacities: Fuel (gasoline): 80 gallons (feeds both engine & generator); Propane: 18 gallons; Fresh water: 54 gallons; Grey water: 38 gallons; Black water: 43 gallons; and Water heater: 6 gallons. There are fourteen 120-volt outlets: 4 in the kitchen (2 locations with 2 each), 2 next to the table, 4 in the bedroom (2 near TV connection, 2 next to bed), 2 just inside the entryway, and 2 in an external storage compartment. There are four 12-volt outlets: 2 on the driver"s dash, 1 next to the table, and 1 in the bedroom near the TV connection. The RV passed its smog test on May 13th, 2019. The gas and propane tanks are full. This RV is in excellent condition with low miles at a very reasonable price. We are selling because we needed something bigger. The RV is currently located in Vacaville, California. However, we are moving to Arkansas soon and will take it with us if it has not sold. (Note: If you live somewhere between Sacramento, California and Fayetteville, Arkansas, we might be able to deliver it to you at little or no extra cost. Basically, we"re not going to charge you for the trip if we"re going to be passing near you anyways. If this option interests you, we need to talk sooner than later to work out the details.) * * Update on June 16th: The rear storage compartment door was damaged in a wind storm a few weeks ago. The door is slightly bent and the latch separated from the door. The latch was not damaged; it just needs a new cover plate to hold it in place. The door itself, however, needs to be straightened or replaced. I was not able to get it fixed because the parts would not arrive prior to our departure for Arkansas.
