Thank you for taking a moment to look at our family"s RV for sale. We have enjoyed this RV immensely and have never lived in it, rather used it for long road trips and vacations. This floorplan easily accommodates our family of five. With the slides out, the sofa converts to a queen size bed, the dinette works as a bed for 1 or 2 smaller people and the walkaround queen bed in the master suite is absolutely wonderful. There"s even ample room for an air mattress between the sofa bed and dinette when the slides are extended.
The coach has an electric awning that is like new, instant hot water system, porcelain toilet, stand up shower and separate toilet and sink. The rear trunk has a full size folding conference table built in and room for several bikes or whatever cargo you care to bring on the journey. The RV is set up for flat towing with a Roadmaster towing system. We do not have the connections to go from the Class 3 hitch to the towed vehicle. Some wiring will also need to be done to that vehicle before it can be flat towed. Flooring is an upgraded luxury vinyl tile and is easy to clean. The front carpets (driving area) are newer, and the bedroom carpet is original but in good shape.
The exterior is free of any significant blemishes and has no delamination. The roof is still under warranty from Winnebago for another 3 years. The engine and transmission work like new and I would attribute that to religious attention to service. It has had oil services every 3k miles. It runs easily with cruise control at 75-80 mph. For the more fuel conscious operator (my wife), it also is quite content at 65-70 mph with a 3-4 mpg bump in fuel economy. Driving is especially easy since this coach has three cameras to assist in passing and parking. There is a color rear view camera and one on each side view mirror. A tap of the turn signals sends the driver a clear video feed of the entire side of the RV! I wish every vehicle had this system.
This RV travelled 35,000 miles in a 9 month period back in 2017! I"d rather buy an RV with miles than one that sits and is lived in for years on end. The Ford V10 engine and automatic transmission are both bulletproof. It"s the RV systems that tend to break down if used every day. The only two things that are not working today are the LED light strip on the electric awning and the magic fan in the master bedroom. The A/C and heat (both coach and chassis) both operate flawlessly and the generator starts right up, with only 1,200 hours.
