Vehicle description
This fifth wheel has all the extras including a 6 point auto leveling system, correct track align system, and a Canadian Arctic pack. There are two bathrooms, one full bathroom with a full bathtub next to the bedroom and a second half bath located in the 12" garage. The mattress on the king bed was replaced with a quality pillowtop mattress. We also replaced the thin mattress pads for the queen and twin beds (that were stock with the unit) with proper mattresses, making all sleep areas comfortable.
The kitchen is high end with a large pantry for storage as well as many extra storage areas. The refrigerator is a large 4 door refrigerator with plenty of room for food storage.
The living area is large and comfortable with two slide-outs. The large couch has three reclining seats, making plenty of comfortable seating. There is a fireplace that adds ambiance but is also useful on those chilly nights when you do not want to use the propane for heat, as it does have a fan and puts out a fair amount of heat. The living area also has a 50" LCD TV with DVD player and surround sound. There is a second TV in the garage, a 42" smart TV.
The bedroom is large and comfortable with the third slide out. A full size dresser and closet give you plenty of room for clothes. A second closet in the bedroom has hook-ups for a washer and dryer. A third TV, a 32" smart TV is also mounted in the bedroom.
The 12" garage provides ample room for hauling and is ducted for heat and A/C. The back opens up and creates a patio area, complete with a three seasons door. When loading toys into the toy hauler the back is easy to bring down as a ramp and very easy to lift and close once again (I am only 5"4" and can close it by myself). Along with the TV there is a 12V AM/FM stereo with CD/MP3 in the garage and two exterior speakers. The garage also has a full size table and seating that can be brought down by simply pushing a button, which is convenient for family meals.
Additional equipment include a 5.5 Onan generator, three electric awnings with LED lights, a central vacuum, an exterior floodlight, an exterior shower, an LP leak detector, a 20 GPH water heater, and a spare tire with carrier.
We do have a Curt Q20 fifth wheel hitch that we are willing to provide to the buyer.
