It has the rear deck option and can fold down as a ramp door to drive the toys in. It has an Onan QG 5500 watt gas generator. The interior has vinyl flooring simulated wood look with tan carpet in the slide out area, hallway and bedroom. The living room kitchen area has the leather look brown long sofa microfiber leather feel style, electric fireplace, spot for a TV, center island with solid top and sink with sink cover. The valances are leather and have tan pull shades. The kitchen has the 3 burner stove/oven combo, microwave, back splash, Norcold dual door refrigerator and pantry closet. It has the pendant lights over the island. There is a ladder the leads to the single bed top bunk, there is no mattress up there, has dual lights and a window and privacy curtain with safety railings. The garage has a sliding glass door from the kitchen living room. The garage has dual vents, stereo, d-ring tie downs, windows, power bunk bed top(no mattress) and lower leather bed that folds out to dual sofas, also has windows and lights. there are doors that"s open and close that lead to the back deck if it is being used as a deck. Upstairs has carpeting and a window with valance and shade. The bathroom is on the left as you walk upstairs and has a full door, porcelain toilet, vanity with glass bowl sink, mirror cabinet, shelf, roof vent/fan, shower with skylight and a spot for a curtain rod and curtain. The bedroom has a full door, carpeting, King size bed with pillowtop mattress(no comforter or shams), headboard, bureau, 4 closet mirror doors and louvered doors for the 2nd closet area which has washer/dryer hookups(no unit). This has dual roof A/Cs with digital climate control and it"s own bedroom A/C. The interior has some minor wood scuffs and flaking like down by the floor where the use the simulated wood that can flake the top layer. Overall everything inside looks good but has average wear and use. it also has a different rim on the rear axle that we have and will also put on. A few minor scratches and scuffs overall pretty good condition exterior and the decals all look good. The dry weight is 14,395 with the GVW at 18,000 lbs.
