Trailer has great lay out with large couch and lounge chair, Kitchen with solid counters, large island with bar stools, large double wide fridge, Fireplace, over-head sleeping area above garage. Garage has two large beds and a bathroom. Large front bedroom with walk around king bed, walk through large bathroom with a shower/tub, and washer/dryer hookups
The trailer has Louisiana Certificate of Destruction due to delamination and rear gate . Rear gate was damaged due to something heavy driving on it. Was repaired with expanded pvc making it much stronger but also much heavier. Trailer was towed from Louisiana to California and is road worthy with no uneven tire wear. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs.
