Excellent condition, one owner, clean title, no accidents & smoke free.
Always in shed, sleeps 6, cherry wood. The bedroom has a queen size walk around bed with closets & lights on both sides. There is plenty of storage under the bed. It has two windows on each side, one is a fire escape window.
The bathroom has a full shower, sink, & commode. We added the medicine cabinet & towel racks. There is also a shower on the outside of the camper.
The kitchen has a double sink with a cover, gas stove with 3 burners, an oven that was used very little, a microwave, refrigerator with freezer, and a booth for dining. The booth also has storage space under the seats. We added the pantry & it is removable. There are cabinets above the sink, refrigerator, booth and below the stove. There is a AM/FM CD/DVD stereo located under the cabinet above the sink, with several speaker inside & two outside.
The cargo area is 10" 5". Plenty of room to take your toys to enjoy while camping. Or you can use it as a family room. It has two flip couches that fold out into beds. It also comes with a free standing table. No worry about bugs coming in if you have the back door down, it has a screen door you can pull down, which we never used. There are two windows, one is a fire escape window.
We ordered the camper with the following upgrades: A 10 gallon water heater, 50 amp service, 30,000 BTU furnace, brace & wiring in bedroom for a 2nd air conditioner, two 4" fluorescent lights in the cargo area, and one in the kitchen, 4 extra cabinets in the cargo area making a total of 8 cabinets, power awning, 4000 lb. electric tongue jack, spare tire & wheel, bogey wheels, patio door between living & cargo area, all season insulation package with foil insulation in walls, and heaters in each of the water tanks with switches.
We added the locking tool box, which is also where the battery is located. There are two 30 gallon propane tanks on the front of camper.
Extra"s include the electric cord, vent hoods, 30 amp adapter, TV, patio rug, leveling blocks, m/c chock, hitch with sway bars, & 2 sewer hoses, 5" & 15".
Don"t pass up this one of a kind camper, we are selling it because we do not use it much. It has the most of 8,000-8,500 miles on it.
