There are 3 screens that need redone from a dog. All 3 screens are in the trailer and in fine condition, frame-wise.
The grill for the outside is fully functional but has been used a lot. It is very worn, internally.
The shower, oven and water have never been used.
The spare tire was stolen. This was recent, so I have not replaced it.
The wheels are high end, there are electronic brakes, etc.
I have an 800.00 ball hitch/mount, with stabilizer bars for weight distribution that I would include to compensate for the spare and screen repair.
The camper is very clean, inside and out.
