This trailer was nicely optioned with partial body paint, 6 point self leveling system, 2 Electric awning, 2 air conditions, Washer/Dryer hook ups, Slide-out toppers, Generator prep and much more. Inside features large living area with Fireplace, TV and sofa bed (sofa needs to be reupholstered. In middle large kitchen with Island dinning area, large full residential refrigerator, pantry, all real wood interior and LED lighting. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs and there is no financing available. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell.
