Trailer has 18 foot garage, full body paint, Two slides is approximately 44.2 feet long, with GVWR weight 20,000 lb, Dry weight of 15,006 lb, 160 gl Fresh water tank, 78 gl Grey, 48 gl black tank, 3 air condition units, 6 point hydraulic self leveling, Built in 5,500 Onan generator, fuel station, All weather package with dual pane windows, satellite dish and much more. Trailer has super long garage with motorized bunks, originally came with two bunk houses but front one was removed. Great lay out with large couch/recliner, Kitchen with real stone counters, large double wide fridge and laundry connection in garage. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and full bathroom with a shower .
The trailer has Texas clean title. Trailer just had all new TPO roof installed not the RV rubber roof. This was due to few leaks that caused soft spots in the plywood. This was my personal trailer for 3 years, T railer is road worthy with in working order. There is number of small cosmetic dent, scratches with worn living room couches.
