Used 2014 Crossroads travel trailer 271BH-Z-1 sold as is. Used for about a year and half and pulled less than 4,000 miles. My parents purchased this brand new in 2014 from Camper World in Council Bluffs Iowa. They used it for just over a year living in it full time and then parked it. It has been winterized and not used since 2016. My dad passed away last year and gifted it to us, but we have not been able to use it. We are selling to try and help my mom pay off some debt. It does have a few flaws and I have additional photos. I can not see any water damage to the ceiling or walls. It has a full slide out and awning.The slide out works well.There is a soft spot in the floor where the slide out opens, near the dining table. According to a local dealer this is quite common. We have a newer queen mattress in it ( not pictured), 2 televisions and a vacuum cleaner. It does need to be rekeyed and needs new jacks. One end does have an electric jack system but I am not sure it works and the one on the front was removed. It does have a dent in the front metal area, and a few pieces of the door trim have been damaged due to furniture being moved out. As far as I can tell it is not water damage. There is one fabric curtain missing and a few of the metal mini blind strips are slightly bent. The carpet needs to be cleaned and I am willing to have that done. There is a musty odor from being parked for so long. I have checked the appliances, lights and those are all in working order. AC blows cold, vent fans all work as well as all lights.I do not know if the water lines, and faucets work, but we can put water in them to check. We will be placing a new battery on it as well. SLEEPS 6 comfortably. Trailer is 28 feet 10 inches. You will need a full size truck to pull, it is too heavy for an SUV. We are unable to deliver and it"s currently located near Logan Iowa.
