2014 Cougar 5th wheel RV 327 RES. Like new only used 4 times and by adults only ,no pets ,non smoker . Three slide outs each with a canopy cover. Large canopy for shade. Leather furniture in like new condition. Sleeps four but never had more that 2 Has a house queen size mattress only a few years old . Fireplace stereo CD player Nice kitchen layout Has washer dryer setup in bedroom closet. Everything works like it supposed to. Two of the tires have about 1500 miles on them the other two less than 5 miles on them why spend thousands more for a new one when this one is good as new and a whole lot cheaper.
