Up for sale! Our 2014 22" Airstream office! It retains all of the amazing airstream features, comforts, and functions as a mobile office!
The interior is designed with the front portion of the coach to function as the office with the panoramic windows allowing natural lighting, or privacy if desired. The desks have built-in storage, a battery back up, a mount for your monitors, a stereo system built in with speakers placed throughout the coach, and even comes with a coffee pot. All of the lighting has been converted to led, which delivers great brightness and efficiency. It offers great functionality with plenty of room to still move about.
The galley portion of the coach is set up with a sink, stove, microwave, a refrigerator that runs off of propane or electricity, and a television which can be hooked up to cable satellite or use the existing antenna. The seating area is a couch long enough to stretch out on or turns into a bed if you need a quick power nap!
The coach is equipped with air conditioning and a furnace which operates off of propane. Airstreams are very well insulated all throughout and maintain comfortable temperatures easily.
The bathroom has a full shower, toilet, and sink that are all in like new condition. The water for all functions is supplied from the airstreams self-contained system and has a hot water heater that also operates off of propane so that it can function anywhere you go. The propane tanks are the same size most BBQs use which makes it simple to swap out when empty. It is equipped with a freshwater tank, along with a black and grey tank. The coach is equipped with a monitor panel to let you know your tank levels.
Some upgrades to the coach that have been made are the Michelin 16" tires and wheels, and the coach has had a brand new trojan sealed group 27 battery installed. The coach has had a rear bumper kit installed which looks great and adds bumper storage. To ease hitching we installed a brand new electric tongue jack.
This coach has been well cared for and serviced by an experienced airstream technician. The coach has a clean title which we have in hand. The body is in great shape with a few small blemishes around the top portion of the coach roughly the size of a dime and is not very visible.
