Used just once, when it is opened still has the new canvas smell. Extras include a front awning, this model has the "basement" this creates a larger amount of storage. The canvas folds up on the top of the tub which leaves the whole tub for storage, this unit has a queen size bed with about a 4x5 area that a 6 footer could stand up in for clothes changing ect. The one I had previous to this one I pulled with a 2012 HD Road King with an old Twin Cam 88 5 speed riding 2 up and never had a problem, could be pulled with ANY vehicle.
