Well maintained, highly sought after, 2013 Tiffin Phaeton 40 QBH, bath and a half model: one of the most popular Motor Homes on the road.
Four slides means this coach offers a spacious interior. Beautiful overhead cabinets provide plenty of accessible storage, and the U-Shaped dinette has ample storage underneath. There is a full bath and closet in the rear with a stacked washer and dryer, and a half bath in the middle that is accessible while on the road. There are plenty of passthrough bays under the coach - one with a pullout slide. Some people live in this model full time.
The kitchen area has a residential refrigerator, 3 burner gas cooktop, convection microwave, dual sink, and a pullout prep area to facilitate meal preparation. Insta-hot water system means you won’t run out of hot water.
A 380 HP Cummings Diesel on a Freightliner chassis and an Allison 6 speed transmission with cruise control provides plenty of torque to conquer the mountains as well as getting great fuel mileage. I averaged 11.1 mpg on my last 460 mile trip and it’s averaged over 10.0 over its 48,000 mile life.
There are 3 A/C heat pumps, with gas heat and a fireplace available for colder nights. Automatic leveling jacks make this a breeze to set up.
The King Size, number adjustable air mattress makes for comfortable sleeping. If more people are on board, the front sofa has a pull out queen air mattress that sets up and gets put away very quickly.
Three HD TVs - one above the fireplace, one in the bedroom and one exterior. Surround sound. Winegard inmotion satellite antenna. WIred for cable.
