Turn-Key Ready to Hit the Road Immediately. The motorhome is perfect for a couple or small family. The King Bed has a new mattress and provides plenty of underbed storage. There is a built-in side table with storage on one side and a full wardrobe closet at the foot of the bed. The large slide-out expands the bedroom and kitchen. The kitchen has a large refrigerator which works well using either propane or electric. The counter space and above average sink make food preparation easy. Plenty of overhead storage with lots of room under sink and in a full height slide-in pantry next to the ‘fridge. Cooking is done using a microwave oven, stove top (3-burner), and oven. All appliances work well. We have baked cakes, lasagna, and done a number of meals in the stove. All burners work well. The microwave has individual items choices along with the ability to program for reheat, defrost, and cook settings. A large adult-capable bunk drops down from the ceiling over the driver’s area. We use this area for extra storage, and with a 330 lb weight capacity you can get a lot of use out of the bed. New Repairs and Upgrades There are a few things in almost every motorhome that could be better even when new. We took the time and money to upgrade a few of these items, and the overall usability of the coach is greatly improved. Here is a partial list of the work we have had done professionally (receipts available). 1. Shower floor/ pan replaced with ceramic tile of the quality used in many luxury homes. The shower pans are notoriously thin from the manufacturer, so we upgraded the system before there was a hint of a problem. Upgrade includes new ¾” plywood substructure , replacement of underlayment (using residential grade cement board rather than thin plastic) and improved the connection/strength of the drain. Add to this the true ceramic tile, which is much thicker, feels better, and looks a lot better than the flimsy plastic that comes from the manufacturer. 2. Furnace has all new fan, motor, and upgraded hardware including the thermostats and processor. We also upgraded two of the switches that control fan speed and on/off for the heating unit . 3. We added structural support under the bed to accommodate heavier adults. We also added a better mattress. 4. We have replaced the curtains in the front of the coach. The original curtains were faded from the sun.
Both the driver and passenger front captain"s chairs have new covers. The OEM covers were "pleather," and as you may know this eventually peels and looks horrible. With the new covers, you get a nice vinyl that will wear much better and make the whole seat look new.
