This nice pop up trailer can sleep up to 4 people comfortably . We plugged it in and all the electrical things seem to be in working order We tried the heat the fan and system came on and ran but we did not have it hooked up to gas Did not try water system it was still winterized
The interior as you can see by the pictures is clean and in good condition ,did not see any leaks Very comfortable bright and cheery Interior.Has door that folds from ceiling and external barbecue cooker in the closet The outside of the RV also looks good as you can see by the pictures as well there ,might be a few small scratches and nicks that you would have to get up close to see .Awning is in good shape.no signs of any leakes ,there is one small rip (see picture) Tires are in good shape (see pictures ) they are not new, but we pulled it about 90 miles and handles well no problems
