you are looking at a very clean, great looking 2013 ROCKWOOD MINI LITE by FOREST RIVER. this little 21ft travel trailer is spacious for its size and packs all the goodies you would expect in something much bigger and only ways 4800lbs loaded.
the exterior as you can see is in great shape. the body has a nice shine to it. the graphics are in great shape with only minor imperfections (see pictures) . the roof is in great shape with no current water leaks. the awning looks practically brand new and has no rips or tears. tires are in great shape with plenty of tread and ready to travel the country. a nice little bonus is the detachable propane grill that when not in use slides into the side box with ease. this trailer also only needs a 2" ball to be towed.
the interior as you can see has a nice lay out and beautiful decor. the cabinets and counter tops are in great shape. the lament tile floor looks great. it does have a soft spot at the entrance that is a couple feet long but the rest of it is solid as a rock. it could probably be fixed for not a lot of money or something you could maybe tackle yourself. the leather pull out couch is in great shape with no rips or tears and functions as it should. the master bed area is in great shape and has plenty of storage for your traveling needs. the large flat screen tv and entertainment unit are just a few of the really nice creature comforts in this camper. the heat and air condition were tested and functioned properly. the full kitchen equipped with 3 burner stove and oven, microwave, full refrigerator with freezer are all in great shape and function properly. the full bathroom with stand up shower are all in great shape. the water takes no time to heat up. the shower curtain could use a cleaning but still in great shape. just an overall really nice complete set-up to handle your vacation needs for not a lot of money. this camper still retails for over $15k with all these options and accessories
