Vehicle description
The RV is in eastern Ohio, however we might be able to offer some assistance in delivery. It has 30,200 miles, we have owned it for 3 years and have driven it about 6000 miles. We have changed the oil twice in that time. Replaced the fuel filter at 25,000. New battery for the engine and two new cabin deep cycle batteries about a year old. New onboard water pump, this summer. New air filter and cabin filter.Runs great, rolls along very smoothly, surprisingly easy to drive and nimble when considering it is an RV. Small enough to park “under the radar” in many locations. Consistently 21.5 miles per gallon. The tires are original, plenty of tread. Duel(y) back tires look like new, front have plenty of tread but some signs of wear. It came from Deep South, Georgia and traded at Camping World in Myrtle Beach, SC. I am to understand the 2nd owner. So not exposed to much salt. It has been kept in a hanger at the local airport until just recently. Air conditioning works very well. It has Alde heating system that circulates coolant under the floor for cabin heat, it is cozy in cool weather. I think the Alde system 3010 also heats a 6 gallon hot water heater. It heats quickly and holds the heat. Bath room, toilet, shower are in its own separate room (wet bathroom) and fresh water holds 30 plus gallons. Alde system runs on LP gas. It has a large refrigerator/freezer that works well, gets cold quickly and I believe it runs on 3 things, 12 VDC, 120 AC and LP gas. Microwave, TV antenna that gets lots of channels depending on your proximity to TV towers. Macerator pumps work well discharging black and gray water. Onan generator has low hours, about 50 hours, starts easily. The plumbing is Pex. Pex is fantastic and also resistant to being damaged by freezing, since I have had it we have it winterized each year. This was not an issue from where it came from. It has a king size bed that is motorized and turns into a couch. Two tables and the front chairs turn around. It has mosquito screens that zip in the frame of the side and back double doors, it has an awning that runs along the passenger side. It has back up camera on the dash and Mercedes-Benz navigation screen.Floor plan, sales brochures, pictures are available online by search, Roadtrek is a part of Hymer Group that is a German Company based in Canada. Issues are primarily cosmetic, seats have some flaking of the upholstery material, common to the Roadtrek custom seats, I have replaced all of the cabinet latches that were broken, I have extras, since then a couple have broken, they need some tweaking. There is an instant hot water heater at the sink, it is disconnected right now. The Camping World broke the water filter fitting and I have not replaced it yet. The roof top AC/heater did not turn on this summer, with the onboard generator, I have not checked it withShore power 110 ac. The step has been catching when the side door is opened, and there is a shallow scratch on the side, seems to just have scratched the clear coat, not through the base coat. I can provide additional information and photos on request. I have been buying and selling on since 1998 with 100% positive feedback. MSRP 2013 $144,000.00
