Very nice and clean camper 31 foot long and dry weight is 8544 fresh water tank is 60 gallon grey water 70 gallons Black Water 35 gallons everything works no issues all LEDs inside and out has attachable outdoor propane grill that attaches to the back bumper awning is in very good shape has extra ac unit installed in bedroom and tv, if needing any more information or pictures contact me email through eBay
This thing pulled very well with a tundra double cab with a trailer hooked on the back of the fifth wheel camper with no head wind issues or nothing but if you have a Chevy Ford or Dodge you might need a 3/4 or 1 ton truck just kidding I had to throw that in there thanks for looking
