Is just under 42 feet long, with 5 slide outs, GVWR 15,600, dry weight of 12 ,390 Lb and four season protection package. This trailer was nicely optioned and features large living area with TV, extra large sofa bed with two movable tables. Trailer has 4 point self leveling system, one electric awning with LED lighting, real wood interior and much more. Kitchen with large island and solid counter-tops. Master suite with walk-around King bed, Its own TV area, Large closet. The full bathroom has a spacious shower with glass door and skylight. 85 gl fresh, 82 grey and 82 black tanks. The trailer has Pennsylvania Salvage Title due to Vandalize. It appears that rear bedroom was taken apart. We bought the trailer from insurance company with missing rear bedroom flooring and other miscellanies items such as faucets and TV. Everything was repaired and replaced. It was noted during roof wash that there are few small areas of soft spots near full bathroom vent. No roof leaks noted, the leak has been repaired. All of the floors are solid with no soft spots and no apparent water damage. Trailer was towed from Pennsylvania and is road worthy, Trailer is for sale by dealer, is now located in Rocklin California. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $70,000 when new, have it for fraction of that price. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered.
