This is a Nissan High Top Cargo Van We Bought New in 2013 to use mainly as a trip vehicle & secondary as a tow vehicle. It was only used during the spring/summer/fall month"s of 2013 - 2017. It is really in like-new condition inside & out, showing no body rust/scratches/dents. We are only selling this in order to upgrade into a class C motor home. . . . . By clicking the Buy It Now Price you the buyer are agreeing to these terms - The immediate deposit of $500. required is " Non-Refundable " if this sale is not completed in full for what ever reason the seller has the right to keep 100 % of said Deposit unless stated below when buyer inspects the van in person. Also the buyer agrees to the Payment of balance terms required , to be made in person by buyer in cash only within 7 days or the seller has the right to sell the van to another buyer. Also the buyer agrees the van is sold(purchased) as is with no warranty & agrees to sign a sales contract with these terms . . . . I myself would never purchased a RV or vehicle on line without first seeing it. So please make sure this is the Van/Tow vehicle you want & have the funds to complete the sale. I know buying a vehicle or RV on eBay can be intimidating especially considering you do not know us & its a lot of money. So if my Ebay ratings of 100 percent is not enough to give you an idea of my honesty/character regarding how I have described the condition of all my past sales, when you arrive to pay for it/take possession if you the buyer after inspecting the van in person feel you made the wrong decision I will have no problem with you the buyer walking away. I will only keep half of your deposit & refund 50% deposit back to you thru PayPal less 3%. The partial refund is only contingent upon the buyer in person inspecting the van. The other 50% of the deposit is non-refundable and will be used to pay for all fees charged to me by Ebay & PayPal for loss of sale.
