This camper has been sitting for about 1 year and needs a little tlc. All the major components worked the last time I stayed in it. But in my time working out of the country there were some mice that got in the trailer. They ate holes in the mattress which I discarded, in the blinds, as well as ate some carpet. Trailer has a musty mouse smell to it now. If I were to keep it I would replace the carpet with linoleum. One of my kids did me the favor of breaking the handle on the microwave, but it still works. In the master closet one of the shelves came loose going down the road. There is a little sheet metal damage underneath the door where I had a tire blow out. Tires were replaced in May 2020 and have about 3,000 miles on them. With a little cleaning, maintenance, and tlc this trailer is worth 35-40,000.
