“Condition: Overall, Very good. 1/2 inch Marine Tech “Aqua-Ply” decking solid with minimal rub marks as noted in picture, wood sides are strong and straight with some white glue in separations lengthwise in the grain of the wood I did four years ago. Structural strength intact, no overloading ever, no damage. Aluminum ramp does have very minimal scuff marks on the bottom where it made contact with the ground. Electrical, wiring, and lights all A OK, and new battery for trailer breakaway system installed on February 2017.About 60 trips of 30 miles plus 200 mile trip from dealer purchase, equals about 2000 total miles on unit. Tires and tread very good. Tires still have on both outer shoulders, nubs, little rubber hairs, vent spews. Electric brakes-very good condition, serviced annually. Grease fittings greased annually. Galvanized bolts need about 1/6th of a turn annually to snug them up, even though they have lock washers.Kept in garage overnight for four years.” |

Manufacturer upgrade: Electric brakes, LED lights, wheel jack, 15" wheels. 2013 purchase price $2,157.90, plus an additional $350.00 for wood sides and metal hardware for sides.
Original empty weight, 355 pounds. GVRW: 2200 pounds. Currently weighs in empty at about 940 pounds from additional 42 inch tall three sides, wood ramp overlay, and support structure.
All aluminum framework, removable rear ramp, Dexter Torsion axles with E-Z lube hubs, sealed and enclosed wiring system, 7-Way Molded trailer wire connection, 2 inch coupler with safety chains.
Sides were designed for strength and installed by owner to haul mostly dead ash trees from emerald ash borer infestation. The sides have never moved since installation. Everything is tight and square as a box - bolted to the deck in nine places. Stake pockets were used, but structural integrity was designed in by the headboard wrapped around the outside to the bottom and secured again to the floor board on the inside. The sides are secured to the bottom at the front and at the rear by the reinforced square deck board.
Comes with a new 15 inch spare tire that has never been used, trailer coupler lock - deadbolt style, and DT-25013 max security universal coupler lock. On April 15, 2017, all wood was treated to Thompson"s water sealer with the exception of the underside of the deck which did not need it. Both sides of the deck were double treated in 2013 with Flood CWF-UV Clear Exterior stain.
Wood sides are from Lowe"s Weather Max 5/4 in x 6 inch top choice radius edge pressure treated pine deck board. Two 10 foot, and two 5 foot Menard"s unistrut 14 gauge pre-galvanized strut channel added on both sides to maintain a straight side. Five corner braces for each of both sides at the front.
Over engineered for strength added weight and compromised interior dimensions, correct. But the trailer worked just fine to haul up to 1100 pounds of trees just dandy. New buyer can alter it in anyway he or she wishes, or remove the bolts from the three sides and bottom, in about two hours.
No reserve. I have title to it.
All sales are final.
