Insurance shop removed all of the flooring in the main floor area and did not finish the job. There is no water damage to the sub-floor at all or any soft spots. All of the light wood look floor was installed by us and is new. MCD shades are missing in one dining area window and one bedroom window. Trailer was towed from Arizona to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded title RVs and there is no financing. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Everything on the trailer was tested and works. This trailer was over $120,000 when new, have it for a large discount.
