For sale is a 2013 Keystone Summerland 2600TB. This is a one owner travel trailer and has been taken good care of. Due to a ridiculous work schedule and not being able to use it as much as we would like we are selling it only for what we owe on it. This trailer is ready for a family that can put it to good use.
The trailer has been covered each winter keeping it in good shape (full cover included). All factory manuals for all appliances and accessories are included as well. We are also including the weight distribution hitch, sewer hoses, 2 packs of leveling blocks, portable 32 gallon wastewater dump tank (comes in handy), extra 25" RV 30 amp power extension cord and as mentioned earlier a full winter cover.
This trailer has many features including AM/FM/CD player with 2 indoor and 2 outdoor speakers, 19" LCD TV, twin 30# propane tanks, floor ducted heat, ceiling A/C, microwave with hood fan, stove, oven, 6 cu. Ft. 110V/LP refrigerator, 6 gallon auto lite LP hot water tank, fresh/waste water tank monitor, water pump, outside shower, full bathroom, roof vent/fan over shower, separate sink near bath, sofa (folds into sleeper), queen bed up front, double bed in rear with single bunk overhead, booth dinnette, plenty of indoor storage, outside awning, exterior pass-thru storage up front and additional exterior storage in the rear.
I have the title, however it does have a lien from a local bank. The buyer will have to pay with a cashiers check and as long as it"s within business hours I can acquire the lien release within a few hours.
