Vehicle description
This is a storage-kept bunkhouse 5th wheel in very good to excellent condition. I have always prided myself on maintenance.
This 5th wheel has upgraded suspension and tires (no Chinese trailer tires here!). I did a lot of research on the tires and I have been exceptionally happy with their performance. The tires are 3 years old. I have included a pic of me checking the tread depth. The suspension has been improved to wet grease bolts. New Timken bearings were installed last year.
The exterior is in great condition although it does need a good wash. The decals are in good condition. There is one little bit of fender damage on the passenger side from a Chinese tire blowout, but it is not very noticeable unless you are looking.
The interior is in very good condition. This is a 4 slide-out model with 1.5 bath with a queen bed up front. The rear bunkhouse includes two fold down beds with two double sofa beds underneath. I have added a supplemental standing AC to the rear room as the central AC never seemed to keep that room cool (a known issue with these trailers). The living room sofa also folds out to make a bed. With the kitchen table also becoming a bed, this unit comfortably sleeps 8 adults, up to 12 children.
This model also features a ceiling fan, an electric fireplace (great for saving on propane in the cool months!) and W/D hookups. This also has power fan vents. Three televisions are included along with a DVD sound system. I have also upgraded the 5" ceiling speakers in the living room for better sound.
The exterior includes a fold-down grill and a prep sink. There also are two fresh water hose hookups for those sandy beach days. Lots of storage in the front of the unit for all your travel needs.

We are selling this unit just due to some life changes. Kids are getting older and some job changes have prevented us from using it as much as we would like. It has been painstakingly loved with many cherished memories. We hope another family will enjoy it as much as us!
