2013 keystone montana. 39 ft long. Model 346LBQ. This fifth wheel has been customized for our needs. Most of the interior has been painted including walls and cabinets. The bunkhouse has also been modified to create more space. Lights have been changed to LED. Fireplace insert has been added. Cabinet doors have been removed to create open shelving. 2013 Keystone Montana 346LBQ 34k Includes a residential couch, residential dinette and residential bed mattress. There have never been any major issues with the rig. Heating, plumbing and air conditioning are all in great working order. Two and a half baths in the rig. Half bath located in the bunkhouse. There are a couple funky cons: we had a new fan installed in the bathroom, but it never worked and we couldn"t get our money back. So currently there is no fan and the vent does not open. we use the vent in the bedroom for air circulation. There are also a couple small holes in the walls where lighting was removed. Have never had a single issue with it and they are covered by pictures. Wonderful outdoor kitchen, including a grill that attaches to the back of the rig. New tires. The sale will also include a stabilizing Jack for the front end, full skirting and weather protective cover for the AC unit. The awning is electric and is in great shape.
