Includes a residential couch, residential dinette and residential bed mattress. There have never been any major issues with the rig. Heating, plumbing and air conditioning are all in great working order. Two and a half baths in the rig. Half bath located in the bunkhouse. There are a couple funky cons: we had a new fan installed in the bathroom, but it never worked and we couldn"t get our money back. So currently there is no fan and the vent does not open. we use the vent in the bedroom for air circulation. There are also a couple small holes in the walls where lighting was removed. Have never had a single issue with it and they are covered by pictures. Wonderful outdoor kitchen, including a grill that attaches to the back of the rig. New tires. The sale will also include a stabilizing Jack for the front end, full skirting and weather protective cover for the AC unit. The awning is electric and is in great shape. We are currently full timing on the fifth wheel, so if you come too see it, expect to see stuff :)
