Vehicle description
We are exiting the car hauling business after 6 years. This Kaufman 50" Low Pro 3-car was on the road full time until this fall. It has 8 foot alluminum ramps, and the Kaufamn LED light system upgrade.Tires are 50%+ all the way around. There is a winch but we have not used it for 3-years since we don"t haul inop units. The winch will need to be replaced if you plan to haul junk.
Trailer needs a brake job. Brakes are a 12"X 2" electric brake sets. We always used the manual adjusting sets, which run $45-$65 each depending on where you shop. It"s a standard practice to re-pack the wheel bearings with a brake job on these tri-axle trailers, hubs were replaced on the last brake job and should still be good.
The spring loaded landing gear on the right side does not extend. Landing gear cranks up and down on both sides. Just the spring loaded extension is jammed from a road hit.
This trailer is light and was run behind a 2000 F-350 also for sale on a separate listing. In a set up under 26,000 GVWR and a C&C truck we ran with a payload of 13,000 lbs.
BE SURE TO UNDERSTAND THAT A LOW-PRO TRAILER CAN ONLY BE RUN BEHIND A TRUCK WITH NO BED AND A 5TH WHEEL.
SALE AS-IS WHERE-IS NO RESERVE
