Vehicle description

Up for sale is a 2013 Jayco JayFlight 32 TSBH that is the best camper you are going to find babied by the most meticulous owner. This is my personal camper, and I looked everywhere to find this rare model that had the perfect floorplan and options. This camper is HUGE. It"s a bumper pull the size of a 5th wheel, coming in at 35.5ft long and 10,500lbs gross weight. Since we are online, I will be a nit picker and list all the details:
1. Sleeps 12 people comfortably on 7 total beds! 2. Three total slide outs. 3. The bunk house is a separate room with a door that closes and contains 4 bunk beds and a large wall of closets, media center, work desk, and a large slide out on each side. 4. The TV in the bunk house was upgraded to a perfectly fitting 39" Amazon Smart TV. 5. The patented J-Cube sleeping system in the bunks allows you to either have 4 regular sized bunk beds, or it expands to sleep two on the bottom of each side and one on the top of each side, or it can even make couches or lounge furniture. 6. The kitchen dining booth lowers into a bed for two. 7. The dining booth also extends on each side for added seating for extra large groups. 8. The dining booth also has a hidden storage futon that comes out from the back and can be used with the couch. 9. The couch folds over and has a new air mattress inside that inflates through a built-in pump and electrical outlet behind the couch that sleeps two. 10. The master bedroom has two entryways with a door on each entryway that can be closed off for privacy. 11. The master bedroom television swivels 360 degrees on the wall it is on to either be used by the bedroom or the living room. 12. The head unit can play the TV, Aux Input, DVD, or CD sounds on the interior or exterior speakers. 13. The hot water heater as well as the refrigerator (which, for this model, is oversized and larger than normal camper fridges) both run on propane or electricity, so you can have hot water and a cold fridge while going down the road on the way to your campsite. You can pack your fridge days in advance of your trip. 14. The bathroom has a tub that can be used for bathing the small ones and a shower with a skylight above. 15. The black water system has been completely remodeled so that the toilet piping goes straight to a Rhino 36 gallon towable tank on four wheels that mounts on the back bumper of the camper while towing. This worked great for us, and you can empty your black and grey water tanks at your campsite without having to move the whole camper. If, for some reason, you wanted to go back stock, I am including a new OEM black water tank with your purchase. 16. The water input system has been heavily upgraded, including new valves, new brass 90 degree fittings to take the pressure off the hoses, new brass pressure regulator to keep your piping from being damaged if your campsite water pressure is too high, and quick disconnect fittings for each on/off installation of your hose at the camp site. 17. The propane system has been upgraded with two gauges that show each tank"s propane level. 18. An over-the-air HD antenna can pick up all of your favorite stations while on the go. 19. Every interior light in the camper except maybe one or two specialty bulbs have been replaced with LED lighting. 20. Electrical plug has been upgraded to a larger handled plug that makes connecting and disconnecting much easier. 21. The awning, leveling system, three slides, and front tongue jack (which is brand new) are all power operated and require no cranking. 22. The battery system has been upgraded with custom terminal clamps to screw in each wire individually rather than having pig tails. 30A in-line fuses were added at the battery. 23. Full Husky weight distribution system will be included including the hitch on both camper and truck sides. 24. Sway bar included. 25. HVAC system (13,500 BTU) has a new fan motor and runs strong, blows cold. 26. Heating system is a sealed unit and blows from the floor and has a brand new Dometic hydro flame blower kit recently installed. 27. Four new tire covers. 28. Electric tongue jack cover. 29. Sidewinder RV sewer support hose included. 30. Camco leveling blocks included. 31. New carbon monoxide/smoke detectors. 32. Higher than normal ceilings at 81". 33. 86 gal fresh water tank, 32.5 gal gray water tank
There is NOTHING that needs work on the camper. Ready to go camping today and has been used several times this year. The only imperfections of the camper are from previous repairs. On the back rear top corner, someone at some point must have drug a tree limb and dented the corner slightly. It doesn"t leak and has been sealed, but you can tell it isn"t perfectly straight (shown in last photo). There are a few scratches or dings in various places on the exterior. There are no leaks anywhere. Sometime years before I got it, it looks like there is a spot on the roof the size of a basketball that had been repaired, but I"m not confident. The awning is in decent shape but is starting to wear and will need replaced in the next year or so (approx. $150 for a new one).
You won"t find another camper that has been gone through like this one had, upgraded, with everything in working order. Every time I have ever purchased one online that said "everything works", I have ended up spending weeks and up to thousands repairing them. This one is done! Please feel free to come check it out in Rogersville, Alabama. You just can"t find a bumper pull with the double slide out bunk rooms that will sleep 12 anywhere for this price!
