$40,000 RV Toy Hauler being sold for a fraction of that. For Sale.was owned by one family since 2013 when it was bought new in Tyler Texas. This RV was lived in by a family while the Owner is a pipeline welder and travels around the USA on large long jobs.It was just traded in on another $80,000 one summer 2018. This RV needs some TLC cleaning inside and minor interior work .There is no pipe insert dinner table.The bathroom was changed drastically to a different style with larger tub instead of tiny stand up shower. The window were covered up and some eliminated on the left side so they could put an extra large tv on the wall where the window was. The garage has 1 elevator bed that can sleep 3-4 people.It also has hook up for laundry machines.The garage door has railing if you want to use the door as a balcony or deck.The garage has cabinets and flat tv mount. Between the garage and living room there is some mirrors and it slides open like a cubby but its actually a sleeping facility for 1 person. The master bedroom has a full size quality expensive memory foam mattress that take up the whole bedroom.Two of the masterbedroom walls were custom covered in cedar wood and there is about a 32 inch flat Sansui TV in front of the king bed.Plenty of cabinet space.Even a custom made baby bed and ladder in the master bedroom slide out. The garage,living room and master bedroom have vinyl laminate floors to simulate wood. I have checked all the ACs and fireplace and lights and slides and electric outlets and everything seems to work with the Gas Cummins Generator running.All slides go in and out.The electric power awning was just installed new.Never used.The water ,sinks,tubs,shower all should work fine sine they just lived in it .Has Propane tanks.Has gas hose to put gasoline in your ATVs.Electric landing gear cylinders (stabilizers) work.
