Trailer has large lay out with dinette both or couch, Kitchen with island and large double wide fridge. Garage is 14 feet long with electric table/bed and laundry connection. Large front bedroom with walk around Queen bed and full bathroom with a shower .
The trailer has Indiana Certificate of Salvage Ti tle due to right side damage. Please see many pictures of the damage, We bought it from insurance company as seen in pictures and not sure what happened. Don"t have estimate on repair, T railer is road worthy with, the appliances and mechanicals in working order. Trailer was towed from Indiana to California, is for sale by a dealer, is now located in Rocklin California, There is no financing available . Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell.
