Wheels were parked on cedar planks, and RV leveled and set on concrete blocking, RV was well maintained, rubber roof was cleaned and sprayed with rubber roof protection every spring and fall. Fiberglass exterior was washed and waxed every spring and fall. Power Awnings were always cleaned and rolled out and dried after rain storms. RV has only been on ONE long road trip, Winter 0f 2016/17 went to Florida and back. RV is in good condition and tires have very few miles on them.
