You are bidding on a 2013 Sandpiper 346RET 5th wheel camper we purchased new. Aside from one week vacations a few times annually, this unit has been garage kept and waxed multiple times per year. There are no scratches or blemishes on the exterior and the roof is in excellent condition and has been inspected and caulked as needed each year. The electric awning is in excellent condition and has no stains. It is equipped with hydraulic leveling jacks in the front and electric scissor jacks in the rear. A remote control unit allows you to operate all jacks, awning and slides. It has the original tires which I estimate has less than 10,000. The interior has been kept very clean and there are no stains on the carpet and minimal signs of wear. This unit is equipped with a central vac system and is prepped for a washer and dryer. Everything on this camper has functioned as intended since day one with the exception of the black holding tank gauge which tends to give ocassional false readings unless it is cleaned after every use and I will provide the cleaning tool with the camper. The power cord, hoses and all sewage connectors will be provided with the camper. The unit is in my garage so I was limited as to the number of pictures that I could provide but I can pull the unit outside and get better pictures for the serious buyer.
