Trailer is loaded, Full body paint, has bath and a half, Epic and All weather package is approximately 42.6 feet long, with 3 slide outs, GVWR weight 19,000 lb and Dry weight of 15,844 lb. Trailer has 6 point self leveling system, Garage is 12 feet long, has 2 awning (front awning is completely new and rear has new vinyl). Built in Onan 5500 with 364 hours on it. Has 3 AC units with middle one brand new, New outside fridge, 4 all new TVs, washer and dryer. Large living area features Island, pantry, solid counter tops, sofa (shows wear) extra large windows, microwave, stereo system, trimless windows and f uel station.
The trailer has Texas original clean title. Trailer appears to be well used and show wear, main floor vinyl has been replaced, there scratches/dents outside, there is other cosmetic damages on the slideout side wall. Trailer was towed from Texas to California is road worthy, Two new tires were installed and still has 4 older tires. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California.
