Like New.
We bought this in 2015 and just ended up not doing much with it. It"s a comfortable, well laid out space with slide-out on one side, gas range, TV, sofa & two easy chairs, heater, a/c, fridge. The slide out makes for a lot of room, and you can sit a good 8 people in there with a view of the TV. Everything works, its been well maintained and was like new when we bought it.
This model has a handy automatic spray/rinse function for the blackwater tank I found really helpful.
This is a 31 foot ball hitch trailer, not a gooseneck/fifth wheel. Its well balanced, with powered drum brakes. Behind an F250, its like its not even there.
