Up for Auction is a Dutchman Kodiak 291RESL with the Arctic Package (Heated and Enclosed Underbelly). The camper is in absolutely in 100% Perfect condition (Everything works). We take extremely good care of it by keeping it covered at all times. We replaced every light bulb in the camper to LED which wasn"t cheap, we also put a brand new Serta Full Queen Mattress in that cost $1,000. The studio recliner chairs we"re also removed for a full size Lazy-Boy Recliner. It has a 50" Flat Screen in the Front & a 27" Flat screen in the bedroom (All wired for satellite or Antenna). The Camper has always been maintained and serviced every 6 Months since new by an Authorized Kodiak Dealership here. It also has an Olympian 6500 Stainless steel Grill that cost $300.00 New Lat year.
It has 2 Large slides in the rear which make it 12FT Wide when the slides are out, perfect for Glamping. It also has a center island where the sink is located.
I"m having a baby in October and the wife says she wants a 5th wheel.
