Like new condition. It went on 4 camping trips at 4 days each to Michigan international raceway. No smells, never smoked in, and always kept clean. This RV is literally like brand new. It has always been garage stored. The RV has one small scratch (pictured) in the front caused by the trucks previous hitch . Other than that, it is hard to tell this unit has ever been used.
