Vehicle description
This is a 2013 Crossroads Cruiser CF34SS 5th wheel. It is in very good condition; has been very lightly used. We go to Canton, TX in it one or two times a year; have been to the local lake two times. The outside is free of dents and scratches; all lights work and covers are intact. Windows are in excellent shape. There is slight fading of the brown color on the nose/front. There are two air-conditioners; one in bedroom and one in living/kitchen area. It also has a roof-mounted, covered, auto-seek satellite dish (which my husband loves). There is the normal "porch/door" awning which is electronic, and each of the slides has an awning cover. There is a utility panel at chest level with water and electric hook-up, and the dump levers are there also (has black flush system also).
There are 3 slides: dining table/chairs and 2 recliners on one, entertainment center/kitchen on one, and closet wall in bedroom on one. Slides all work great. There is a kitchen island which has a double sink in it. All appliances in great shape; has really nice pantry. Dining table has small extension and 4 chairs. Living area has large sofa, 2 recliners with cupholders, and full entertainment center including TV and fireplace. The living room furniture shows wear (I have included a closeup pic of the recliners to show this). There is a ceiling fan in the living/kitchen/dining area.
The bathroom has a commode, sink, large medicine cabinet, and shower with sliding glass door. (Manufacturer says a low tub/shower, but that is a real stretch as the tub is only about 4 inches deep.) The bedroom has queen size bed with storage underneath, nightstands on both sides, large storage box under the TV, and a wall of closets.
There is carpet in the bedroom and dining area. Remainder of trailer has wood floors. Storage cabinets everywhere; there are literally cabinets with nothing in them. All windows have day/night shades. NOTE: This does not have the traditional hookup/hitch; it has the newer gooseneck hitch that many prefer.

If you purchase this 5th wheel, a $500 deposit through Paypal is required within 48 hours of end of auction. The remainder of the purchase price must be paid with cashiers check when you pick up the trailer within 7 days of close of auction. This is PICK UP only.
