Get ready for hunting! Perfect for those cold winter nights/mornings to sleep well before you climb up to your stand. This is a great little bunkhouse trailer that can easily be pulled by a light truck or smaller SUV. It features wrap around seating in the front with storage underneath, duel fuel (gas or elec) refrigerator, 2 burner gas stove, 6 gal water heater (gas) , wall mounted a/c (elec) and a hookup for cable plus a crank up tv antenna.A cd/am/fm radio is mounted over the front seating as well. A microwave is located over the stove. The bathroom has a foot pump toilet and a separate shower with a skylight and roof vent. It has a full length crank out awning in good shape. Comes with crank up levelers and a 20gal propane tank. 2 extra extension cords for 30amp service included as well as r/v grade hoses for water hook up and pads for under the tongue and leveler feet. It is missing the table for the front seating, I have been using fold ups or tv trays. However the missing table could make the front seating area into an almost queen sized sleeping area. This could easily be made from a piece of plywood. I bought this used in Florida and Camping World did some maintenance work on it to ensure proper function of appliances/heating/cooling. It did not get much mileage in the year I owned it but had a blowout early on and replaced both tires. The blow out did some damage in the right wheel well but damaged flooring was replaced and wheel well is ugly but quite functional. Pics show it in the process of cleaning it out but it can be available for pick up within 24 hours. Located in South Jersey for pick up only. Clear title.
