2013 Casita Spirit Deluxe 17" Fully self contained travel trailer. One owner, Well cared after travel trailer, always kept covered when not used, haven"t been used for the last two years. Body is still shinny like it was new . This unit is ready to go camping!
-This travel trailer is fully equipped with a front wet bath, Side dinette table that can convert to a single person bed. Rear dinette converts into full size bed, 4" cushions, sleeps up to three people comfortably. -16 gallon fresh water holding tank with a 12 Volt Demand Water System . 12Volt marine battery, 12Volt LED interior lighting, Grey/Black water tanks. -2-20 lb Propane gas tank that supplies the two burner stoves, fridge, and the 6 gallon water heater with electric ignition , all equipment is in working condition, 4.4 cu ft Dometic 3-way fridge, All 12Volt lighting in the trailer is in working condition.
-Absolutely NO water leaks, Chassis has some minor surface rust. No soft spots on the floor, Never been in any kind of water damage or flood , Always cleaned and covered after each use, no interior odor, never been smoked-in, 13500 btu Coleman low profile roof mount AC with built-in electric heating function, No g as furnace .

Exterior: No fiberglass damage, gel coat is still very very shiny, trailer kept covered when it"s not being used, Zero leaks. Awning works perfectly, all of the awning parts are in excellent condition, Casita factory trailer cover is included ( Not shown in pictures).
Interior: all original, no cushion stains, No cushion rips, No odors, interior walls are very clean, No plumbing issues, no gas leaks, no water line leaks. Custom fit mattress made by Southern Mattress included( Not shown in pictures). Also a set of four custom installed leveling jacks.
Running gear/chassis: 2- Brand new 15” tires/wheels, bearings removed/inspected and re-greased, brakes just got re-adjusted , Front and rear leveling jacks, emergency break away brake switch, 2” hitch ball required , 7-pin round trailer light plug, electric braking system, all of the exterior/Exterior LED lights are in working condition.
