If you are meticulous like me then this is the camper for you! You are looking at a 2012 KZ COYOTE 196S tow behind travel trailer camper with 1 Slide out on drivers side. 3500 pounds. It is 20 foot long living area but 24 feet long from front hitch to rear storage cabinet. This is similar to the KZ ESCAPE model but better with more features. I have owned it since day one. It sleeps 6, Queen size bed, 2 bunks and dinette becomes a bed. It is a 40th anniversary edition which includes mag wheels with 7 pin electric brakes, power awning, wall clock, roof mounted air conditioner, auto start hot water heater, combination gas or electric refrigerator etc etc. Wheelbearings and seals where repacked and refilled last spring. Battery is brand new last week. This is a complete package ( TURN KEY ) so you get all of the accessories that I have added including Stainless Gas Grill and Table with custom made carrier on the rear of the camper along with sewer pipe carrier also mounted to rear bumper. I installed LCD DVD player TV combo with mount and cable wire to plug in onsite. I installed a real mattress from Bernie & Phils Furniture with mattress zip up a cover. Upgraded Honeywell heater thermostat. Installed custom shelves in the bathroom for added storage and convenience. Also includes hitch and tongue locks, leveling blocks, fresh water hose, sewer pipe and tank cleaner, extension cord etc. Trailer can be delivered locally and set up on site if need be by me.
