The trailer has Texas Salvage Title Certificate due to Refrigerator fire. It appears that fridge got on fire and put our fairly quick. In side there is no signs of fire, smell of smoke or any damage. Most of the damage is consist outside above upper grill paint damage and between the outside wall and refrigerator. Inside missing TVs, Recliners, Sofa and Mattress. Trailer was towed from Texas to California and is road worthy. Trailer is now located in Rocklin California and for sale by a dealer that specializes in branded titles RVs. Trailer does not have wet or moldy smell. Besides the fridge everything else was tested and works. This trailer was $99,500 when new, have it for a large discount. Trailer is sold AS-IS, It is currently not registered. All California Buyer must pay 7.25% sales tax.
