This camper sleeps 4 and the queen size mattress is an upgrade. There is an outdoor shower in addition to the one in the bathroom, perfect for washing the grime off before going inside. It also includes an arctic winterization package, air conditioning and heating, and a sound system. As shown in the pictures the microwave, stove and oven are like new (the oven has never been used). We have all of the original manuals for everything. Also comes with all of the camper tie downs. Power jacks at a push of a button, raise or lower one or all at the same time.
