2012 Kodiak Dutchmen 300 Travel Trailer 300 BHSL.
Unit is being sold “as-is” without a warranty Kodiak Bunkhouse Travel Trailer by Dutchmenw/Rear Flip Bunk Above Dinette Slide, Ward., Dresser w/TV Above, Bunk Beds,Pantry, Island w/Dbl. Sink, 3 Burner Range w/oven plus Microwave. Refrigeratorw/freezer. (3) Slide out’s (2-Port Side + 1-Starboard Side), Booth Dinette& 64" Sofa Slide, TV, Side Aisle Bath w/Dbl. Entry, Neo-Angle Shower,Toilet & Sink, Linen Cab. in Hall, Front Queen Bed w/Wardrobes Both Sides ofBed, Outside Kitchen (missing mini-fridge). Unit has (4) Brand New Tires purchased in Julyof 2019. Traveled one trip from Davisonto Manistee, Michigan and back. Sincethen, unit has been in outdoor storage. Known issues are as follows: Exterior Damage: There is noticeable damage on the Bow (front) ofthe unit. It appears that the fiberglassis delaminating as there is bubbling. Itis repairable, and there are DIY videos available on YouTube. There is also a 2” long +/- slice in the roofabout halfway back on the Port (left) side of the unit. It is an easy repair with a simpleself-adhesive EPDM roof repair kit. Interior Damage: There is noticeable damage to the main cabinarea, including the following: - Kitchen Cabinetry, hasextensive water damage, and is delaminating. Must all be replaced or repairedif you are a handy person. - Carpeting has mildewin it as it was wet. May be able to beprofessionally cleaned, or maybe replaced if necessary. - Egress Door to therear cabin room is damaged. Replacementdoor will be provided, but not installed. - I believe most of, ifnot all the leak is not necessarily from the roof, but most likely the front slideout on the Port (left) side of the unit. I believe this because the gasket between the main cabin has fallen off.Gasket is inside the unit, ready for someone to reinstall. - One window shade ismissing. - Most of the windowshades need to be replaced throughout as they don’t stay up. - Television works onlywith a DVD player. Cable port is broken. Other information: Unit is being sold “as-is” without a warranty. No returns. Buyer must pick unit up. Seller will NOT deliver. There is NO known electricalissues/problems.
