No more worrying about staying in hotels/motels and getting COVID when you purchase this travel trailer! I have owned this for less than a year. The owner before me kept it in very good condition. I have all of the installation and user manuals that came with the trailer including receipts for repairs done by myself and the two previous owners. There are no cracks or chips in any windows. No paint is peeling anywhere except I noticed cracking in some of the stickers and slight fading of color in stickers. In the year I had it the appliances, A/C and roof were not serviced so I do not know when the last time they were. All appliances work just great. Electrical system is in great condition. Awning and Pop Outs still work just fine. I moved it very little so tires are in good condition. It has never been in an accident nor does it have any damage. The roof, floor and underbelly has never leaked to my knowledge. I looked through the paperwork and did not see anything pertaining to leaks. Carpet, Flooring and Ceiling has no stains.I had two cats that went inside trailer but they have never ruined anything. I have no idea if the previous owners had pets but there is nothing that I have seen that shows there were any damages. There has never been smoking inside trailer by any owners as far as I can tell.It is legally registered and insured in my name and I have the clear title available as well. No liens or monies are owed on the trailer. The trailer is located in Redding, CA and I can arrange to meet someone anytime to show it or I can take pics of specific areas or items if needed. Previous owner removed couch and put in two Lazy Boy Recliners2. I reupholstered kitchen dining area cushions3. Previous owner switched screen doors. Screen door on front door needs a new handle and plastic slide. Pet door was added to screen door by me. The whole thing should probably just be replaced though it is in fine working condition4. 1 Gas Cylinder under bed storage lid doesn"t work. The other one does so the lid stays up still.5. Original stereo needs to be wired back in. When I received it the exterior speakers were not working. From what I understand it is a wiring issue. I put in a different deck and all interior speakers were working. Removed that deck to put original deck back in but never got around to it.6. I removed all Lambrequins/Window Valances. They are in the trailer just need to be put back on if I do not get around to it before I sell it. None are damaged.7. Underneath wood part of bed storage is painted blue. 8. Medicine Cabinet is painted black, not original color.9. A small part of the wallpaper trim in living room was painted over.10. Black water gauge doesn"t work sometimes11. Small things like holes in walls from hanging things, closet door plastic piece was broken before we got it.
